ParticipantI’ve changed a few things with the hames as far as adjustments, I have to really pull on the strap super hard and lean in to the horse when I’m putting the hame strap on or else I have to get it as tight as i can, work her, stop tighten it up some more.
Is it safe to oil the collars heavy? I didn’t know if you oil them too much if they would loose their form.

ParticipantI would be less inclined to oil heavily as to apply oil several times lightly over the course of a few months. The leather may need the oil but the straw inside needs it much less imho. Jay
