    just ran across a couple old copys of a work horse newspaper we used to get called ” the evener” . started coming out right about the time small farm journal did. i beleive it was from southern vermont. nice little newspaper. haven’t seen one in many years. wonder if anyone knows what became of it?

    ‘The Evener’ is now ‘Rural Heritage’.

    Actually, I think The Evener is the directory for draft animal power links/services and is put out by RH. If I recall, it used to be a separate publication but I found it stapled inside of the most recent RH (the one w/ Donn’s article in it).
