ParticipantWhat is the fastest way any of you have put wood on the landing using animals of corse? I think it depends on the type of job , the more tools the better but you can not get addicted to your tools or they slow you down. Every thing has a balance . Right now I am single twitching logs out and that is what is fastest my arch and loader set mot than I am using them, they are there if I need them and I do use them some but mostly I am single horsing it . It is short skids and a mix of logs and pulp. There is enough young white pine and young maple that I do not want to take the time to make room for my arch. Now just across the road I will be using my arch full-time but were I am at simple it working the best. Taylor Johnson
