ParticipantI am disapointed with my garden this year. I planted the corn when it was too wet and it is struggling to produce. I tilled a new section of garden this year and planted onions, tomatoes and other vegtables with good results. The crabgrass that grew in the garden this year was overwhelming. I was able to cultivate between the rows with the horse but the crab grass grew between the stalks and was difficult to control.
Could I hill the corn a few times as it is growing like I do with the potatoes and control the growth of crabgrass?
Is there another remedy I could use. I see why the big farmers spray thier fields with Atrazyne, conrtoling weeds is a challenge. - AuthorPosts
