looking for apprenticeship

Hello All,
This is my third season farming. I have worked on 2 organic vegetable CSAs that have attended markets in VT and AK and currently work on a farm in ME that is part of an environmental ed center. We raise animals (milk, beef, broilers, layers, pigs, lamb) and log in the winter and do most of our work with a Belgian. I’m seeking an apprenticeship/working situation where i can become proficient in animal power (horse, mule or oxen), amd exposed to a variety of implements and receive a decent stipend. I am already aware of what is listed on Rural Heritage, ATTRA, MOFGA, and NOFA. Thanks.
