ModeratorThere are some discussions that are oriented toward one gender, but I don’t see the topics on this forum as being that way. I see a lack of female perspective though, and I wonder why that is? I tend to enjoy good discussions with anybody who is interested in similar issues, but I definitely don’t typically limit myself to guy-talk. I know from the names on our member list, as well as from Introductions, that there are many women who visit this site. I hope that every one who visits here feels welcome, and knows that they can contribute freely. I am not a hand-holder as I feel that a person needs to contribute based on their own initiative, but I want to be clear if we are doing something wrong, or if there is something missing. Please let me know, Carl
