    Hi everybody.
    I am from Western Mass. Got my first pair of oxen when I was 5. 9th generation ox teamster in my family. Showed with 4H until I discovered girls and hot rod trucks now that I am in my mid 30s and have kids of my own I got into oxen again. I don’t care in the least about ox draws but really like working my team anyway I can. I am a Consulting Forester and hope to someday log part time with my oxen. Right now I have a pair of Holstein/shorthorn cross a little over a year old and plan to get my boy a pair soon. He is only 3 so maybe I’ll wait another year 🙂
