ParticipantI’m using Firefox…and typing fast – this is my second try on this thread.

ParticipantBut you’re safe, so that’s good news.

ParticipantSweet. I’m thinkng that’s just what I’ll need w/ me donkeys – was wondering about how they’d hold back a load coming downhill w/ just two on a pole…this solves that.
Thanks for the flix!Robert MoonShadow
ParticipantAre you sure you want to pile up fresh manure outside just before a humongous wind picks up? :p
Robert MoonShadow
ParticipantEverybody still okay? {Those that still have power, please check in and let us know, ayuh?}
Robert MoonShadow
ParticipantPerhaps pastured poultry or rabbits?

ParticipantThanks, Andy for the explanation! I’d agree with you about “mining” the past for buried or forgotten treasures and wisdom…kind of an apt description of what we do nowadays with draft power.

ParticipantThe Draft Horse Primer is the first draft animal book I ever got…convinced me I was thinking right about this. Thank you, Maury, for keeping the faith on these animals. RIP.

ParticipantOr you could just sneak your horse over to poop on her lawn. 😉

ParticipantTwo tongues, huh? DDD and I are raining up her donks on a 3-abreast, but with one pole. This double pole helps incorporate the third horse for backing, ayuh? I presume that is its main function? Could we have a photo or two of your set up there?

ParticipantThat’s great, man! “Fjules rule!”, ayuh? 😎

Thanks Robert, we do our best not to let any grass grow under Teamdonk’s feet, ya know! 😮
The donks would prefer otherwise…especially since it’d make it so much easier if they didn’t have to lower their heads to graze…

Participant“Aaww shucks, ma’am (scuffs toe in dirt) just another day in the life of a superhero…”
It’s a lot easier/safer when you’ve got such well-trained donkeys – they know “whoa” really well. I’d have to say that truly it’s the many hours of work on your boys that you spend way before something like this comes along.

ParticipantReally nice! Too bad I’m like 2,000 miles away…and I don’t think they’d fit into a manila envelope.

Robert, I recorded it! It is excellent… will save it so you can see it. A Must See for anyone interested in the D-Ring!
And the Tigger melons are getting close to being ripe…coincidence? 😉
Thanks, DDD!
