ParticipantI was just wondering if folks know of anyone twitching wood with horses in Southwestern VT. I’m currently living in Pownal and would love to volunteer for a couple weeks/month in the woods. I’ve got a dead broke horse, chain saw, and safety equipment.
If you folks up north would like some help with anything I’d be happy to drive up for a day or two.

ParticipantI would love to, but I’m afraid by the time you start picking buckets I will be back in school. We do about 50-60 taps at Bennington College. Its not much, but on top of a full college workload it makes for quite a hectic time. Collecting with Mitch and his team was about the most fun I have ever had collecting sap. Nothing would make me happier than to get out in the woods with some horses. Thanks for giving a shout out.
I’m free now until the middle of February.
