Small Homestead in ME

If anyone is interested in a simple place… 5 acres with 350 sq ft cabin, nice 24×40 barn, 24×24 shop, water to house and barn, back-up heat, power. 1 acre paddock, and free use of neighboring fields (20 acres or so) for hay, some fenced paddocks, laneway from barn to grazing, enough wood for firewood and enough sawlogs for building projects. House site cleared, possible pond site, gardens. Close to MOFGA, 25 min to Belfast on the coast, 45 to Augusta, 35 to Waterville. Lots of ag action–farmers markets, edu, etc. Good family community, nice village w/ college, performing arts ctr, amenities nearby. NEw Amish community in town. Good place to be, but not enough land (or house) for us anymore.
