ParticipantI have a young pair of Ayrshires ( about 400lbs ) that i would like to start working with, but i have no equipment for that yet. I would need a cheap yoke to start with as they will just grow out of it.
I’m also looking for videos/books on training them, and any other must have equipment. I’m sure i’m pretty far from most people on here, so just the small/shippable stuff please.
Thanks !!!

ParticipantThe mid west ox drovers asc. has yokes for rent at resonable prices and Drew Conroys new edition of the oxen hand book is out. It is really pretty simple to train an ox with some coaching.
