ParticipantWe planted Sorghum and made syrup this year for the first time, that was fun. The first Saturday of November I ran the Disk over the field a few times and seeded some greens… Kale, Turnips, and Collards. It was my first time with Jim and Jack on the Disk and my new Pioneer Fore-Cart. I loved it! Couldn’t hear the roar of a tractor engine or smell diesel. Just the jingle of harness, stamp of hooves and a cool wind blowing. Good times:)
