ParticipantNo idea where built or anything like that, but I have one just like it. Probably worth about a hundred bucks unless it had new handles installed, then maybe 150.

ParticipantIt looks like the one setting out in my shed. Mine has no markings that I could find. Around here they bring several hundred dollars as the Amish are using them.

ParticipantJust saw my Amish neighbor using one of these yesterday to harvest his potatoes.
I’ll ask around next time I’m over to see where they get theirs and if there’s a make/model number. I suspect they show up once in a while at farm equipment/antique auctions. Here’s one in Canada:October 11, 2011 at 3:02 pm #69535leeharvey
ParticipantMine is somewhat different than the one in the link posted above.
It has 2 wood handles to hold onto and it also has 2 smaller wheels on the front that are adjustable. The handles are mounted a bit wider with bracketts to mount it to besides on the front of the digger.
Then above and behind the digger blade, there are 2 smaller cone shaped covers or shields on top of the tines behind the digger blade.
