    FYI – Jean and i lumped them together because they seemed to be the same in effect. Also, we used the same membership fees for next year, but I am not sure that the Board has actually set the fees for next year. if we haven’t, we probably should do that at the next meeting.( i personally think they are fine as they are now,) Reva

    We need to go over expenses to date, what we agreed on in the $15,000 grant, the projected budget for 2012, and fundraising for the future. ( hopefully you will have all of this info by Sunday afternoon.) I would like everyone to understand and be comfortable with our financial situation so we can be clear with the rest of the board. We are going to have to make some decisions very soon about the use of Jean’s time in the future so that we don’t suddenly run out of monies. So I doubt that this will be a quick meeting. R
