– Jean’s job responsibilities will be split up between BOD members/committees until we get a new administrator.
The corrections I added at the Nov meeting were that
Jean” is willing to stay until the end of the year if necessary”, not “remain our administrator through the rest of the year”.
Jean’s responsibilities will be split if we don’t have our new administrator by year’s end. RevaParticipantDecember solicitation is discussed in Exec Com minutes and will be brought up in Committee Reports – need your feedback.
Level of funding for Lincoln Woods Video still unclear. Needs clarification at meeting.

ParticipantI think this was a miscommunication between Jen and myself. I had asked her, obviously unclearly, to set up a thread available only to the BoD where everyone could list the names of the 4 people they were going to contact.
