Participanta freind of mine had a metavic loader on a cart that he pulled with a farm tractor.when he first got it i thought that the boom looked to light and weak and i told him it would snap in half after about a month or so of heavy use.that was 5 years ago and it still doesnt have a crack in it.he has handled a lot of good sized hardwood with it.it will handle a 20″ diameter 12′ long hard maple or oak log ok but that is about the max.

Participantwhen the box gets full you pull off to the side and trip the latch to open the back.then then when you get back on track you close it again.the best part is you dont creat any banks that drift back in your piles are rounded up and packed in.it is a good work out for the horse.great tool for breaking hot horses.the more stubborn they are the harder you can make em work.

There is a fellow named Weaver in Kentucky that manufactures several sizes of treadmills that would do this with a small horse easily. His telephone number is:
606-787-0266. This actually is his son’s Tim’s number but he can help you with it. No Sunday business calls please.
