ParticipantI have two of these and can bring them both to Athol. They are very easy to build and we could construct a couple if people are interested.

ParticipantGreat, any luck with the scoot project? If we had some plans or something i would think we could fumble through it as a group and build something that would work ?

ParticipantI made the mistake a couple of months ago of letting a new horse in with my gelding in a paddock without seperating them, my belgian chased the mare right throught the fence and into the back pasture.
I then did as George suggested and seperated them with poly wire in the paddock for two days. Then let them in together and that same day they were standing in the same box stall together. They figure it out quickly.

ParticipantWould this Sunday evening at 8:00 pm work? We could schedule for 1 hr?
We could select a full time chair, someone to take minutes and get a sense of who and what we have to work with. Should Jean be involved in the different committee meetings?

ParticipantI was thinking the committee, all others who are interested are more than welcome to join and give their guidance from previous events. We could use all the help we can get.

ParticipantGood morning all,
I have been selected as the chairman of the program and events committee. The committee needs to set up a conference call to discuss several issues in regards to this committee.
Issues to be addressed and discussed that I am aware of:
DAP Annual Meeting at Neil Perry’s in September
Budgets for events, needs to be submitted to Reva and the finance committee by January
Smaller satellite events
Northeast Animal Powered Field Days, are we going to have one?
Other discussion in general:
Paying participating teamsters mileage or weekend rates
promoting events, where/how
Are events designed to pay for themselves?
Soliciting help from non Board Members, general membership
Let me know your thoughts,
Ed
