    I just got back from vt and from the BOD retreat. It was a wonderful experience and i am glad to have met each and every one of you in person. I was especially impressed with each and every persons ability to truly listen to everyone’s concerns and come up with solutions and plans that take everyones concerns into account. I have never seen or been part of a group that was able to tackle so many difficult and potentially devisive issues with such consistant mutual respect, compromise, humor, and enthusiam. We have a truly special group of people.

    Amen to that, and thank you Andy, Tim and Donn for traveling so far, it would not have been the same without you all.

    I could not have said it better myself Andy, I have to admit I was a little apprehensive at first, but became much more comfortable as we went along and really started working on the issues at hand. I feel it was very productive. Glad everyone made it home OK.
