    Hello all,
    Joined a couple days ago. This site is fantastic! I am getting a belgian mare tomorrow. Have been around horses for a long time. Currently working with a warmblood morgan cross. We are both learning to drive. Im excited about finally getting a draft of my own. We boarded a big clydesdale a few years back and I have had the bug ever since. I always liked going out to Lancaster, PA and seeing all the Amish working with there horses and mules. I have plans to learn to farm with horses. Eventually getting another Belgian but not soon. For now either single horse or I could possibly team up with the warmblood as she has much heart and bulk. Oh well I think I have rambled on enough now.

    Welcome!
    This is a great place for beginners to start (working draft beginners that is). There is so much information here that it can seem overwhelming at times, but don’t be afraid to ask questions, you will get many answers, use what works for you. Have fun, be safe and enjoy.
